Q: Is Gelu Shaved Ice? No, Gelu Italian Ice is mixed together as it is frozen giving you an air beaten mixture resulting in a smooth creamy texture that doesn’t separate.
Q: How do I pronounce Gelu? It is pronounced Jel-oo. Its origin comes from the Latin root for cold, ice, coldness.
Q: Can Gelu cater my event? Of course, we would be happy to serve your event! We have catered weddings, sporting events, school functions, church events, birthdays, employee appreciation and more.
Q: Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests you can cater for? We don't have any minimums. We have several event options one of which will surely fit your needs! Check out the "Book an Event" tab.
